According to the machining allowance, the tool grade is selected, and the machining allowance is within 0.3mm. Halnn Tools recommends BN-H10 grade, BN-H11 grade, BN-H20 grade and BN-H21 grade. The machining allowance is greater than 1mm, and the BN-S20 grade is recommended.
The Halnn Tools BN-H10 grade, BN-H11 grade is recommended for continuous cutting conditions. Medium interrupted cutting selection Haln Tools cubic boron nitride insert BN-H20 grade and BN-H21 grade, strong interrupted cutting gear with Halnn Tools cubic boron nitride insert BN-H21 grade.
