BN-S10 grade CBN tool processing advantages in the field of hardness casting rolls:
(1) The use of non-metallic ceramics as a binder can ensure the high hardness and high wear resistance of the cubic boron nitride cutter, and also improve the impact toughness and fracture resistance;
(2) BN-S10 grade belongs to the whole polycrystalline cubic boron nitride tool, which overcomes the limitation of cutting depth and avoids the risk of failure of cubic boron nitride tool;
(3) The large margin cuts the remaining amount of the roll blank to improve the processing efficiency and reduce the production cost.
